- Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $50.00 shipping to the contiguous U.S. are charged a low flat rate of $5.99.
- Order Qualification: The $50.00 threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts or promo codes are applied and before tax. If your order total is close to $50.00, consider adding an extra item or maintenance kit to qualify for free shipping!
We proudly ship to locations outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, and APO/FPO military addresses. Shipping rates for these destinations are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Products: Subject to a 30-Day return window. OEM items must be unopened in original packaging or verified defective by a certified technician.
- Printer Parts & Accessories: Eligible for return within 90 Days of purchase.
